Understanding your insurance benefits is an important step in accessing mental health support. Knowing what your plan covers can help you make informed decisions and avoid unexpected costs. We encourage clients to check with their provider to confirm coverage, reimbursement options, and referral requirements.
If you don’t have coverage, B.E.S.T. for Parents Intervention & Clinical Services Ltd. can help you explore community resources or funding programs you may be eligible for. Below is a list of providers we've worked with.
Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment for appointments, coaching, and group sessions is due at the time of your visit.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are billed at 50% of the session fee and are typically not covered by insurance.

Missed appointments (no-shows) are billed at 100% of the session fee and are not covered by insurance.

Coaching and consulting services are generally not covered by insurance unless your provider has given prior authorization.

It is the client’s responsibility to confirm coverage with their insurance provider.

Our administration team is happy to assist with any information your insurer may require and to help make the billing process smooth and straightforward.
