Support Groups & Classes

B.E.S.T. for Parents offers a range of courses and classes designed to support and empower individuals, including parents, children, youth, and caregivers.

 

These programs typically run one evening per week over a six-week period, with each session lasting between one and one and a half hours—ideal for those with busy schedules.

 

Participants receive printed handouts and other key materials to use at home, helping to reinforce the tools and strategies introduced in class. Consistent practice of these techniques outside of the sessions is encouraged to ensure lasting impact and meaningful results.

Grief Counselling

Critical Incident Debrief (Professional Support for groups immediately following a traumatic event at home, community, or work)

Critical Incident Debrief provides immediate professional support to groups affected by a traumatic event, helping them process their experiences, reduce emotional stress, and begin the path to recovery. It fosters a sense of safety, connection, and resilience in the aftermath of crisis.
